Very Inconvenienced
So, a month ago I decided to switch to FNB. As promised by FNB, when you switch they will load all of your beneficiaries and debit orders ON YOUR BEHALF. Firstly, this is not true and I will advise people to not fall for this. I had to switch most of my debit orders myself and then the cherry on the cake...FNB loaded my beneficiaries incorrectly.

I proceeded to make payments on my online banking, only to realise a few days later, that my beneficiaries have not received their payments. So I went online to check the details, and I found that my 2 credit card numbers were loaded incorrectly. I then had to phone Nedbank myself to sort 1 card out. The second card, I had to resolve with FNB, who can't seem to assist me with a problem that I had nothing to do with. I have been sent from pillar to post by FNB to get this sorted out. I mean what an inconvenience for me as a brand new FNB client? I will be going back to Standard Bank, I have never had this kind of experience with them. I really and truly regret switching to FNB, the inconvenience that I am experiencing is not acceptable.
