Very *********** and useless

I have been financially abused by this bank. They froze my business account for 2 weeks now. I've been chatting with online agents made calls and visited the branch a number of times. All they say is we have all your documents and the hold should be lifted in a few hours but nothing happens. I'm ****ed and I couldn't deliver now I have to pay back the client with interest and suffer the loss of the funds I've been using to get my account back.😫
