FNB never came back to me and the worst part is that I got an email that I am not available on the phone. I have decided I am closing this account. They are soooooo ********. Unlike other banks that like Nedbank they cqall you and ask if your query was resolved and if you were happy. I think FNB has so much credit they are forgeting or it depends on WHO YOU ARE
