Very helpful consultant, knows her products well

Thank you to Sandisiwe Sasa who is a very helpful consultant, and knows her products so well, that she was able to offer me an alternative when she saw that I might not receive the assistance I wanted. I came into the branch for an over-draft, and when she saw I would not qualify, she kindly explained this, and offered an alternative. I currently had an overdraft running and Sandisiwe told me I could not qualify for an increase, but rather offered revolving credit. Sandisiwe was so concerned about not over-indebting me, that she kindly asked if I would like to close the over-draft. She even went the extra mile by making the call to your help-desk when the system did not allow her to do it herself. Me being someone who is a customer care consultant myself, I feel I have alot to learn from this passionate lady. FNB has an asset. She sorted my problem out and left no doubt in my mind that I made the best decision to visit FNB today.
