Very happy with Siziwe Mzwakali

I called Fnb to be assisted stopping an amount of R34.99 that has been going off my account every month,I got through another guy I didn't take his name he was unfriendly he said he can't assist he transferred me to another lady who also said she can't assist,the lady transfer me back to the line I had to authenticate myself again I got through this lady by the name of Sizizwe Mzwakali who was very very helpful,she told me it was subscription on my phone she showed me where to stop that,this lady knows what customer service is she was friendly,patient and very very helpful unlike the other two consultants who where very unfriendly.
