Very happy to take my money, but no help whatsoever..Finished!!!

I'm so over fnb. On Monday I went to the the Gezina branch in Pretoria to ask some help on debit order problems. I was turned away by the guy at the door who just told me that I need to sort it out on my own, they can't help me with that inside.. What the **** am I paying you guys a monthly fee for, of I can't even go to a branch to get help..
