Very frustrating

FNB is so unreliable. I had a ***** case to report, the people on the call sent me to 100 different people to speak to without resolving my case. I sent emails of what had happened on a ***** website, FNB still asked me if I tried contacting the people where i made the payment. How do you get in contact with ***** people? I am on he line now for 30 min and still waiting
