Very frustrated

Last year around December I went to FNB branch to lay complain about unauthorized debit order from my account, i was told that amount was for covid loan from direct axis. I then contact direct axis and they told they know nothing about covid loan from FNB and all my accounts with them they were closed. I went back to FNB and I spoke to consultants from loan department who promised to send me statements that shows why I was debited, till today nothing. I called Fnb again and again, and no one could assist me. I never took loan with FNB please stop debit from my accounts.
