Very Dissapointng service

I am highly frustrated with this bank. Firstly the automated system is so horrible that you cannot get through to the correct person you need to speak to. I have spoken to numerous agents and I have had no joy with regards to money taken out of my account. very disappointing no agent could give me the correct understanding of my account and what has happened to the money. It now has gone 8 days and the money still hasn’t reflected after I was told that it would reflect within 48 hours. I need some answers. Cant understand how you could have such *********** agents working for you.
