I am done with FNB – I have been inquiring for more than a month! First, At the branch Then On secure chat Then On ***** email, And now digitalcalls. Now today you telling me to speak to Planet 42, after I have told ALL the above departments, THEY DO NOT RESPOND, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Now you telling me 30 days passed, I cannot reverse this!
