Very dissapointed as a new client

I cant even log in when i dont have data on the app, but consultants are telling us you can log in without any data,one question ARE YOU GUYS THE ONLY BANK THAT USES EMAILS RATHER THAN SMS FOR WITHDRAWALS, SALARIES PERCHASES AND SO ON..wow this is going to be a problem
