very dissapointed

I recently app**** for a bond and was told that if I pay via payroll stop order I will pay 0.50% less interest so I organised everything with my company and within the first payment it was taken off payroll stop order but yet I was still paying on the standard interest rate. I also received smses to say that a scheduled debit order is going to go of and that I must ensure there is sufficient funds in my account. Apon receiving the message I called fnb and said that I am paying via payroll stop order, I was then told just to ignore the message then but I noticed that they still tried to deduct it from my account. I am very dissapointed as all these things are organised before accepting the bond and now even after calling I am still sitting with this issue as I have now been paying in extra each month. I would like to either be refunded or come to an agreement for the wrong interest rate.
