very dissapointed

FNB really dont know how to treat their clients. I wanted assistance with a consolidation loan to pay off debt and form one payment to FNB. My credit profile is in excellent standing as well as my payment history on all debt is great! my current loan with FNB is currently in advance to the value of R8900 yet they treat me like nothing and dont call client back either. To my amazement I did an online application and got declined due to a high credit risk ( which is utter **** ). My current installments on debt ( managable and always paid on time) is R10800 per month totalling around R180000. When I use the online calculator this loan amount or consolidation amount works out to R6800 @ 29% interest over 60 months for R180000. So this enables me to settle my accounts and only pay one creditor, namely FNB, and at the same time free's up my income by +- R4000. Why wont FNB help when clearly I am a good payer and my credit record is in great standing. I am very dissapointed in FNB and feel that if my bank cannot assit their clients then why am I or my company using them for business as well. to my surprise my private banker is also on leave....again.... I am sick and tired of doing all the work and calling in or sending emails and no one assists me, its very dishartening and frustrating. I definately will be doing some homework to go elsewhere!
