Very disappointing service from FNB Connect

My experience with FNB Connect has been extremely frustrating. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and show no willingness to assist. When contacting them telephonically, calls were dropped without any attempt to resolve my query. When reaching out via email, I only received short, dismissive responses with weak reasons as to why they could not assist, instead of actually engaging with the problem.

What makes it worse is that they made no effort to ask for additional information or to guide me on how to fix the issue from my side. There was no attempt at problem-solving, only quick replies shutting down the request.

Overall, the service is unprofessional and leaves customers feeling ignored rather than supported. I expected much better from a bank of FNB’s size and reputation.
