Very disappointing service

I have reached out to FNB Business Enterprise for assistance with emailing os statements. I have spoken with various consultants over the phone and have sent emails to four consultants including my private banker and no one is responding. I have sent follow up emails and text messages and still no response. Very disappointed in their service.
