VERY DISAPPOINTING
FNB Upington. Even with branch visits and calls made by me and family, even brought my mom in after every excuse to assist with her account. We want to settle this account with no settlement discount offered, no statement that I have requested numerous times. We received no statement since making the payments!!! No explanation to where all the payments have gone. HOLDING ON FOREVER WHEN CALLING, WITH NO LUCK. WE WANT TO SETTLE THE DEBT, BUT STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVE ANY FEEDBACK. Very disappointing.

26 Feb 2021, 15:17FNB Helpdesk did phone back with an answer when stated yesterday that they will phone me back. Well no calls today. No better settlement or an explanation where have all the payments gone.
