Very disappointed with service at FNB JABULANI - False promotion

Dear , On Friday night i received an SMS saying that i must collect free fnb sim card prepaid at any FNB branch.On saturday morning i went to FNB JABULANI SOWETO and from reception area I was sent to enquiries que for close an hour and when i got to the cosultant i was told that free sim are out of stock. My problem is that the branch new that the free sim where out of stock , but still i was sent to the que for an hour. the service is shocking at that branch and i am starting to lose hope with FNB now. I also went to another branch in BARA FNB and received the same service. I wasted my time on saturday at FNB and i am very disappointed indeed. I have been loyal to the FNB and i dont know why they playing with us. I work in Kempton park and will appreciate if someone calls and advise where can i get these or even you snet them directly.
