Very Disappointed with FNB Motor Insurance – Unresponsive and Unreliable

I am extremely disappointed with FNB Motor Insurance. I logged a motor accident claim via the FNB Banking App on 15 and 16 January, but neither claim appeared in the system. Despite completing all required forms and following up multiple times, I received no feedback or updates. The lack of responsiveness during a time when I needed assistance the most is unacceptable. I have since decided to cancel my insurance and request a refund, as I cannot rely on a service that does not communicate effectively. I do not recommend FNB Motor Insurance based on my experience.
