Very Disappointed with FNB

Hi I lost my son in June and he had a Accidental cover with FNB Insurance and i his mother is the beneficiary of that policy and we did a claim in june and till now there has not been any feedback from FNB and im very disappointed with FNB that my son was a loyal customer and never ever missed any premuims but today im left with his kids and they are suffering but their father had joined something to leave behind when he is gone!
