Very disappointed with FNB

I have requested a settlement letter for my home loan, to enable me to settle the loan. First request was on Monday, and they said it will take 24hours. After 24hours still did not received anything. Requested again a letter, and this time they said it will take 1 - 2 hours. Still did not received anything after 15 hours. Called again to ask what is going on. Now they said it will take up to 2 days to receive.

It is ridiculous that I have to wait for almost a week to receive a letter. For a bank that big, it should be a lot faster
