VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH FNB

I have an issue with FNB ! Nobody getting back to me regarding my reversal and it’s been past all the times they said and even longer ! It’s my 3rd time speaking to a banker and all they do is cancel my chat or just tell me to wait ! How much longer must I wait ? My reference is R*** And let me add the cherry to the cake ! I have screenshots of the bankers chatting to me and how nothing has been done ! See how useless they are !
