Very disappointed when I need help your system failed

Fnb offered a me a pre approved loan when I accepted it, the system gave me an error. When I tried to do it again it disappeared. Now I have an emergency that needs the money and their consultants are telling me that I have to wait for next week or just take the small amount of loan that is offered.
