Very disappointed that FNB is unable to offer any assistance during an unforseen rime of need

It is with great sadness I have to reach out on this note. I was diagnosed with lupus and several other autoimmune conditions back in 2017. These illnesses flare up with no warning.

Between December 2023 and 19th January 2024 I was hospitalized for 35 days in total ( now going on 50 days in hospital) I still earned a salary and maintained my credits.

However, 10 February I was rushed again to hospital and diagnosed with Mayasthenia gravis, severe scleritis and gout. These illnesses are out of control and I'm currently in High care receiving aggressive treatment. Doctors are laying me off for 6 months due to the severity as I can barely see, walk or fend for myself

I earn a salary at my company with no benefits. Financially it's been a draining time for medical costs that medical aid don't cover.

From the bottom of my heart, may I humbly request a payment holiday for at least 6 months. As I mentioned, I have no benefits and SHOULD the company pay me out of goodwill....I would assume it would be around 50%.....in that case, maybe, just maybe I can commit to 1000 per month on all 2 contracts.

As soon as I receive medical letters or reports, I can forward for your perusal.
