Very disappointed in FNB smart devices department

Very disappointed that FNB allowed me to order the Fitbit Versa 2 after advertising it on their website as part of the smart devices you can choose from. I completed my order, got an SMS to say my order was completed with a reference number; i signed the smart device terms and conditions contract; got an SMS to say the courier company will contact me soon..... Only to be called back a couple of hours later to say they are out of stock on the device i wanted.

They gave me 2 options:

1. Choose another device 2. They will cancel my order and if i want another device later, i need to re-apply.

This is rather annoying seeing that the Fitbit Versa 2 was available in the list of devices available for PURCHASE.
