Very disappointed in FNB

I have never been more disappointed with FNB as i am today!! I have gone on maternity leave and i am receiving a significant reduction in salary which leads me unable to commit to all me debts and living expenses. I app**** for a payment arrangement and was denied on the fact that you need to get less then 50 % income reduction! That is absolutely insane when i rely on my full salary to get through the month! This is shocking service and so very disappointing seeing as i also have a new baby to care for! Will definitely be changing banks after this! Especially after many years of loyalty to FNB this is how i am treated when in desperate need for something out of my control
