Very disappointed in FNB

Decided to switch to FNB,at first the service was excellent with frequent email&sms updates.
Went to collect cards, the assistant let me sign and handed over cards. When I asked how the internet banking etc works she just nodded and gave no instruction.Went home only to find out I should have activated at an ATM.
My debit order switching was a mess.I started the process beginning April&by month end no one could tell me the status of my debit orders,so I had to make sure I had enough money in both my new FNB,as well as my old Std Bank account, because I did not know which debits would be going off where.
I also several times got an sms with instruction to call FNB&when I called no one would know the reason I got contacted.
I was at one stage informed that debit order switching takes up to 6weeks,which is not acceptable!
Now that I have the accounts,I noticed that I am paying extremely high bank charges on my Petro card, which I was never made aware of.The credit limit is also more than I agreed to.
I am extremely disappointed in my experience, especially after the initial ease and efficacy with which things where handled.
I feel I was ill-advised/miss-informed&would like this rectified!
