Very disappointed in eBucks

Very disappointed! Every month doing everything to stay on level 5! Today I see I am on level 4!!! The whole of July I did everything the same, but since they were upgrading one cannot see progress, just today to see they changes the rules. And now getting half of my usual ebucks!! Hoe do change the rules after fact!
