Very Disappointed

The service is pathetic. Try to call but after 21min dropped it because no one to assist. Then tried the secure chat and after 16min no reaction. This while they are holding onto a international payment that was made on 6 October. They also hold onto payments and then after 12h00 in the evening when the release it the date on the statement is the previous day.
