Very disappointed customer
Extremely disappointed customer. This is now the second time that I have to make a complaint to get my bank account sorted. Please can someone explain to me why I am getting changes for non FNB withdrawals fees R68.80 when using a FNB ATM? I would also like to know what is the Fedics charges that I am been charged for every month R55.50. Please can I have someone urgently looking into this matter and provide urgent feedback.

27 Jul 2023, 09:48Another day and still no one has resolved or communicated with me regarding my complaint and the Fedics charges keep going of my account every time i use my bank (R55.50 / R31.00 / R70.00 / R68.80 and R110.0 monthly fees). This is very disappointing from a bank that we used to trust, please can I have this problem resolved or explained to me why I am charged all this fees. Thereafter I will be sadly closing of this bank account due the poor services and over charges.
