Very disappointed

First of all, the waiting time is disgusting. The service is worse than that. Waiting over an hour to collect a card?? How?? How is there only 4 consultants on the floor assisting people? Like I made a request at work to come here and it’s been way over an hour. This service is really disappointing and inconvenience
