Very disappointed

Bad experience with Fnb, I got de*****ed and when I went to the branch to log a ***** case I was given a phone to call ***** department which they told me I will be called and no one called and everytime I call the person will be resigned till today one has called me and I'm sure the money is withdrawn, I lost R2000 because they didn't call even to block the account, I logged the call last year in May still today I don't know what's happening.
