Very disappointed

I am so disappointed with the service I got from. I logged a complaint on their website due to transactions that keeps going out of my account and I'm unable to stop them because they are not reflecting on my debit orders, however they are showing on my transaction details. My account is now on minus. They gave me a reference number and advice that a consultant will contact me soon until today no one has contacted me not even an email. I have received nothing. If I don't receive anything today or even having this transaction reversed. I will closed my account
