Very disappointed

I just moved from capitec to FNB but this morning I'm very disappointed. Fnb took money from my account which I don't have a problem but this morning they send me a message that I'm 30 days in arrears with my homeloan. Please I need some explanation 😥 I should rather go back to capitec!
