Very Disappointed

I have been battling with a reversal of unauthorized amount debited from my account since the 16th June, they send me from pillar to post or promise that the money will be reversed back into my account within 24 hrs... their team bankers don't seem to know who is responsible for what when I chat with them... I'm so disappointed in them as I'm still waiting for my money.
