Very disappointed ☹️
Dispute department is really not reliable an doesn't have my best interest at this instance at heart and as their client I am not going to let this go unnoticed until they amend my query/resolve the query

10 Nov 2023, 17:11The issue is not showing any signs of being resolved, even though I shared with the dispute department that the company won't write the letter jor give relevant content as required by the bank. I guess this is signs that FNB can not protect my rights while is being compromised by the shop "cash junction". Really disappointed and have no words but make a day to change my banking details to a bank will have the best interest of a loyal customer.
