Very Disapointed FNB

I increased my overdraft and went into a branch to sign the necessary documentation. Since then 3 Weeks have passed and FNB has not yet increased my limit on my account. I went into the branch twice and after Various emails and telephone calls this is not yet resolved. I am also a premier client and premier banking has been sending me various emails with reference numbers but do not come to the party. I am disappointed in FNB.
