Very despondent new client

I wrote a review on the 25th January regarding a campaign FNB was running. A formal complaint was logged and thought hurrah now I will be heard and my case will heard and more importantly resolved, but alas, I am still exactly where I was and the agent who assisted me and FNB are not responding to any of my emails.....so disheartening.

Can anyone please help?
