Very confused consultants

I have spoken to 3 different people regarding the cashflow relief account that hasn't been used since I got it in April. I would like to cancel the account or at least find out how I can cancel it but its a different story every time. I am a long standing customer of FNB. Looks like they are very confused with what to do with there own services. I am very disappointed with FNB.
