FNB Statement recreation for visa application

I have only experienced terrible service form FNB the past few months. First with FNB connect on a matter that I have given up on.

Now with regards to my statements. I urgently need my account statements to be recreated into English in order to apply for a Visa/work permit.

However FNB is not able nor willing to assist me in this regard and I am not even able to obtain a personalized conformation from them explaining the situation. I am told they only send out templates.

I have been a customer for 19 years and "my" bank cannot assist me with something as simple as this?

This matter has still not been resolved. It does not seem like FNB is willing to give a personalized service to premier customers?
