Very bad service, unfair freeze

My easy account was apparently frozen by fnb for reasons unknown. When I enquired they said that there is no complaint from anyone etc its just for an investigation and yet it's been months now still nothing.

Thus is really bad and I have had enough am really considering to switch banks and can't possibly recommend fnb if this is the service you get considering they are amongst the highest charged bank in rsa.

Please fix this asap
