Very bad service time after time

The FNB Main street Randburg seems to be oblivious to customer needs, no matter when one enters the bank to make deposits there is only 2 tellers at any one time causing long delays, when a person complains to the manager he just shrugs it off and says I must do internet banking, is this any way to talk to customers? I bank with Capitec and find it to be the best as far as customer services are concerned, cheaper banking rates and better interest.<br> The only reason for me to used FNB is to pay an account which means the use of cash and coins so there is no choice but for me to stand in the long queues. What a disgusting customer service this bank has. <br>
