VERY BAD SERVICE - SUCH A PITY

FNB refused to change notes into R5 coins because I do not have a business bank account only a personal account. Telling me it was bank policy. IS THIS FNB POLICY? Surely it is not legal. Pity we can never talk to people who know answers. Secondly I wanted to do a will and the consultant was so unhelpful, she could not give me idea of costs or how to do it. Told me to call fundiciary - why bother having branches . Themanager tried to be helpful - wonerful lady but all it sounded like was excuses
