very bad service fromFNB

<p>i have a loan with FNB and was not working for 12 months. one of their attorneys phoned me and we made an arrangement that i will pay this month. FNB put a debit order without my knowledge on my bank account and took more money. i stopped the debit on the 26/08/2016 but it has not come back. iwant my money and i will pay as per arrangement with their attorneys and by 3 months account will be settled. im going to take my business to ABSA both my business account and personal account. i will make sure my staff that i employed not use FNB. cell: ********** 595</p>
