VERY BAD SERVICE FROM FNB

I made a payment on the 27th Feb by mistake into a wrong bank account and I was told that I have to pay R350 for the charge fee to reverse the payment. I was absolutely disappointed because the amount to be reversed is R1000 which provides medical health for my mum who is sick. Very bad service from FNB...
