Very bad service from FNB

I app**** for a loan with FNB through the ATM, I received a SMS stating that I have been pre-assessed for R11,750 and someone will contact me shortly to complete the application.I went to the Alberton Branch on Saturday 24/10/2015 and the consultant first told me that FNB doesn't give loans to pensioners.I showed her the SMS and then she told me to call the Loans Department myself.I called them today 26/10/2015 and then the consultant also told me the same story that they do not give loans to pensioners.Why did they tell me in the first place that I have been pre-assessed for said amount and then they turn around and tell me that I am a pensioner and I do not qualify?The service is pathetic to say the the least and I WILL close my account as soon as I go to a branch.
