Very bad service

I am still waiting for fnb law on call to appoint a lawyer to my case. I have called again to speak to a lawyer.They advised that a lawyer would be appointed.Im starting to dount that anyone will be assisting me at all.Time is passing by and the date is nearing.I feel that i have been paying for a service that is unable to help at all.
