Very bad service ( disgusting )

This is not the first time I am complaining about FNB secure chat agents they are not willing to help people defeating the purpose of the platform...Yes my account does not hold millions as its clear they only respect people with huge capital...its not the first time like I say I was dismissed like my enquiry means nothing no question as to find out what i needed help with or even try to find out what i can do or even verify the depth of my enquiry I was just given a number and told call that number..I tried to explain my self and I can cut off sending a clear message that say STOP BOTHERING US WE HAVE BETTER CLIENT TO HELP NOT YOU
