VERY BAD SERVICE AT fnb bank

Looks like FNB is the worst bank to visit. There is only one teller available at any given time. For this past year, every time I go in to cash a cheque, I stand nothing less than 60 to 90 minutes in the queue. Today at the North coast branch customers were complaining for standing in the queue for an hour with just 3 people in front. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. They must know that people still have cheques to cash and coins to deposit, That cannot be done at the ATM. At month end you'll stand for 2 hours or more. Last month I went to Ballito branch, I was in the queue for 2 hours because the customers came with huge amounts of money to deposit. SERVICE IN FNB IS THE WORST COMPARED TO OTHER BANKS, ITS GOOD THAT I BANK WITH NEDBANK, ITS TOO BAD I HAVE CLIENTS THAT STILL PAY WITH CHEQUES.
