Very Bad Service at FNB

FNB must be the worst bank ever, the call center cannot help with basic needs, after about 15 calls, some calls are canceled by the operator, then transferred to 3 different people only to get told go into your bank for assistance, I'm trying to access my own money, but yet it's so difficult, all i wanted to do was transfer money from my savings account to cheque so i can pay for something, its my own money, BUT NO , they cannot even do that, Daily Limit Error , They cannot Help to increase my limit or Verify that I'm using a secure IP, That's ridiculous
