Very Bad service and my Business is suffering

I've had the most bad experience ever in Leeudoringstad Branch that anyone cannot wish to experience, the Banker even went to an extreme of dropping the call and I'm not allowed to talk to the manager.

How is it that a branch is not allowed to make transfers internally? If we are not able to make payments online and the Branch is not able to help, then Business must just stop.

What kind of a branch does not want to assist their clients?

You are a Bank who claims to have simplified solutions but here I am Business client that you cannot offer solutions, now I'm stuck and nobody is willing to help.
